What exists on this site

We built this site without user accounts, passwords or digital carts. You never enter billing details, delivery addresses or payment methods on these pages because nothing is sold directly here. There are no profiles to manage and no forms that ask for your personal history. Because we do not run a shop on this domain, we do not gather the records that shops usually hold.

Messages sent to our desk

When you write to us through our contact form or send a note, that text travels straight to our email inbox. We read your message to answer your question about our designs, our materials or our catalogue. We do not sell your address to third parties or add your name to marketing lists. Your words stay in our mail records only for as long as needed to finish our conversation.

Leaving for the retail partner

Every purchase takes place through our retail partner. The moment you click a link to view buying options, you leave our site and enter theirs. From that point onward, their privacy policies, terms and data practices apply instead of ours. We cannot see the payment details you give them, the items you place in their cart or the address you type for delivery.

Standard browser data

Your web browser sends standard technical details whenever you load any page on the internet. This includes basic information like your browser version, language preference and internet protocol address. Our web host receives these technical requests to serve the correct files to your screen. We do not use this raw server activity to identify individual people or track you across the web.

Questions about your privacy

You can reach out to us at any time if you want to know what messages we hold from your past correspondence. Tell us if you want old emails removed, and we will delete them from our inbox. Questions about purchases, card charges or shipping details must go directly to the retail partner, as we have no access to their records or your customer files with them.
