Where do I buy BYART objects and pay for an order?
You buy every object through a retail partner. This site takes no payment, holds no stock and runs no checkout. The price, the payment method and the confirmation belong to the partner, and you see them on their page before you buy.
How does shipping work and who tracks the package?
Delivery is handled entirely by the retail partner from their own warehouse. We pack nothing and dispatch nothing ourselves. The shipping speed, tracking updates, carrier choices and delivery costs are set by the partner and shown at their checkout.
Can I return an item or ask for a refund here?
Returns and refunds go through the retail partner where you bought the item. Because we take no money and hold no inventory, we cannot issue refunds or accept returned parcels. The return window and return steps follow the partner policy.
Is the bikini trimmer safe to use in the shower?
Waterproof rating IPX7 allows the trimmer to run wet or dry. You can rinse it under running water or use it in the shower. The handle is cordless and charges over USB, so no cord is attached when you use it.
Which comb guards come with the trimmer handle?
Two comb guards come in the box, and together they give four trimming lengths. The handle holds two ceramic heads. You switch between the wide head and the narrow detail head depending on the area you trim.
Are the steamer scents chosen one tablet at a time?
Each package holds a fixed set of eight tablets with the scent name printed on each one. You choose between three flat gift boxes and one stand-up tube. The individual tablets inside each package cannot be swapped or chosen separately.
What does the warming lamp do to an ordinary candle?
An electric bulb melts the candle wax from above without lighting the wick. The lamp plugs into an outlet and offers stepless dimming from 0 to 100 percent, three timer settings of 2H, 4H and 8H with automatic shut-off, and an adjustable pole.
Do the four trimmer body colours work differently?
All four body colours are the same dual head tool. Voyager Violet, Nebula Blue, Cosmic Rose and Solstice Gold share identical ceramic heads, guards, USB charging ports and IPX7 waterproof handles. The difference is the exterior colour.
